I do that through roles that function differently dependent on the needs of the organization – ranging from counselor, collaborator, proactive advisor, independent expert, analyst, commentator through to interventionist.

I have lived the workplace shift through working in large & small teams : startup – growth and expansion – contraction – transformation. I haven’t seen it all – who has? - but I have absolutely seen it from different angles, vantage points & perspectives. You could say that I have held different roles while getting into & flying in formation. I have led & I have followed, & know when to make the distinction.
