I have lived the workplace shift through working in large & small teams :  startup – growth and expansion – contraction – transformation.  I haven’t seen it all – who has? - but I have absolutely seen it from different angles, vantage points & perspectives.  You could say that I have held different roles while getting into & flying in formation.  I have led & I have followed, & know when to make the distinction.  I am PASSIONATE about psychological health & safety in the workplace AND getting organizations understood by their market, primarily through their people strategies.
